Frame Rate Drop Issue When Processing 4K Video with cRIO

I am working on a project that involves video monitoring using a Sony block camera, a USB image grabber, and a cRIO system. The setup transfers 4K 20fps video from the image grabber to the cRIO, but the FPS on the cRIO is significantly low.

The camera and image grabber are connected via HDMI, while the image grabber and cRIO are connected via USB 3.0. The video format is YUY2. Due to the nature of the project, I cannot use other platforms like Camera Link.

Could the low FPS be due to the limited performance of the cRIO's ATOM CPU? Is there a way to utilize the cRIO's FPGA to address this issue?

I would appreciate any suggestions or insights.
