Front panel allignment

Hello everyone,

            How can I fix front panel items in a particular place..? what i meant to say is, say I have a tab control which covers 75% of computer screen and some buttons which is kept below and above the tab control. Everytime when i run my vi these front panel controls should be alligned automatically like i had arranged.
