GPIB User account error

Well, the problem is that you can't find the intruments in MAX. What GPIB interface card are you using in you computer? Can you see that card in MAX? If yes, have you tried powering off your instrument, unplugging it and the powering it up and replugging it while you are logged in with the admin account? If no, try unplugging, replugging the GPIB interface card.

I am using a GPIB- PCI card as interface. I can already see  the card in Max.  OK ..I will try to do as u mentioned. need some time as Admin is not present here 😛
