The earliest you can use the 82351B is with IO Libraries Suite 16.3 Update 2. If you look at the download page (http://www.keysight.com/main/software.jspx?cc=US&lc=eng&nid=-33330.977662&id=2175637&pageMode=PV) you will see a special GPIB driver that you have to install with that version. Otherwise, I'd recommend grabbing our latest version which is IO Libraries Suite 2018 Update 0.1 (18.1.22713.0), which has the latest bugfixes.

No, still doesn't work on 64 bit machine.
Summary:
Installed the latest Keisight IO suite, LV 2016 (installed by default in 32 bit version).
Connection Expert finds all GPIB devices, identificates them, so far no problems,
MAX recognizes the devices, comms are OK,
LV also rcognizes the devices (in visa control they are there) even communicates with ONE of them
Trying to communicate with second device and the sustem crashes... reporting timeout or not correct terminated message (usually happened when there is GPIB read command).
Just to prevent wrong questins- same vi's, same drivers, same setup works perfect on 32 bit computer.
