Genrating Sine signal to give it ot External circuit

I want to generate a Sine signal in LABView and give it as input to an external circuit, again the external circuit's output i need to give it to LABView how can i do it. And if i have to do any amplification or giving the signal to darlington pair can i do them in LABView before giving it as input..?

Generating a sine wave is simple: just use Sine Waveform.vi (waveform->generation palettes)

 

As to getting it out of your PC to some external device and/or acquiring data from a device to your PC, that depends on the interfacing hardware you have and the drivers that are supplied with it.
