Get all tags for control refnum

I inherited an application that uses persistent tags on controls:

Is there a way to list all the tags that exist in a control without knowing the possible Tag Names?

I am not aware of any API which exposes this. Obviously, this information is encoded in the VI and there are some tools for reading and parsing the binary data of the VI which might include this or could be adapted, but that would require some analysis.

I wonder why there are sometimes mysterious problems with elements like FP elements behaving strangely for no apparent reason! All this invisible information is a good way to keep people like me employed I guess.

I've tried many things.  Never found a way to do it.
