Get dy around some specified x-value

Is there a VI that lets me get an infinitesimal delta y value around some specified x-value from a plot? For example, from the image below, I want to be able to get dI/dV around V = 0.

So basically, you want the slope at V=0

If the curve can be described with a mathematical model, you could find the parameters and calculate the first derivative from the parameters and the theory. Is this simulated data? How much noised does the real data have. Can you attach a datafile?

What do you know about the data? For example how would it loop if you change the Y axis mapping to logarithmic?
