Hi
I have a Problem with the Help language. My LabView version is LabView 2023 Q3 (English) but i sit in Austria, which is German speaking.
When I click on "Detailed Help" in the context help window I get redirected to the NI help Homepage. at first it is English but then after some seconds it redirects me to the German page. I cant use the help like this.
I changed my browser language to English and also the Windows 10 System to English
After I changed the language on the NI Homepage ( all the way down on the left ) it redirects me to an English site but still it is 2 redirects an super slow. Normally i have good bandwidth but the NI pages are always extremely slow.
anyone having the same issue or an idea to solve it?

Yes, each time the "user experience questionary" message box pops up in the NI forum website I also give response as "too slow to work with" - since years…

I'm having the same issue (LV2023 Q3). From the moment I click on "Help" on something in my VI to when the online Help is fully loaded in the correct language, it usually takes 30 to 70 seconds. This is absolutely unusable and unacceptable.
Following this thread, I disabled online help from the "NI Help Preferences" application. So now it directly launches the offline help even if I have a valid Internet access. It now takes 10s to start the Offline Help Viewer on the first time, then 3-4s the next times.
