Help with a block diagram

Hi, I have a couple of doubts in the block diagram. 

1) What is the function used for writing "producer loop" (circled with red color) in bottommost loop?

2) It would be great if someone can help me figure out this block diagram or would advice me to relevant reference material.

PS: I'm rebuilding this code from scratch. I'm new to the forum and would appreciate any kind of help.

The circled item is just a free label.  No function. Looks like beginner code. Where did you find this picture?

Thanks for the clarification. I just figured it out that its just a text label. 

I'm a grad student with MAE background and recently shifted to EE. I'm working on a project which involves extracting data from 3D printer and further integrating it with ML algorithms to improve the printing accuracy of the printer. This image is from a former lab member's thesis and I was trying to replicate her result to have some start on the project.

I'm new so its taking a lot of time to figure it out. but, thanks I appreciate your help!
