Using the LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory Control (DSC) Module you can to connect to 3rd party industrial PLCs via OPC (OLE for process control).

What PLC?  What protocol is it using (Ethernet/IP, OPC, EtherCAT, etc)?  We need A LOT more information here.

schneider plc system x20 !  and the communication between my laptop and the plc is via RJ45

That tells me NOTHING.  What protocols is it using?
