How can I send a crash report to NI without using the Crash Reporter dialog?

I'm supporting a remote user who experienced a crash.  I have the 3 files from his crash, lvlog.txt, a small .txt file and a .dmp file.  He said there was no option for him to send it, so I'm looking for an NI email address where I can send the report.

I would just open a support ticket. I've never received any sort of feedback when I've submitted crash reports to NI, so I don't do it anymore.

If you submit a crash report to NI no one in support will ever proactively reach out to you but it can still be helpful. You can always send in the zipped report but if you keep the report ID after submitting it through NIER and call into support they can look up that crash which gets bucketed with other similar crashes and sometimes links to bug reports which can help speed things up (it does seem to take a while to go through the system though).

If the same crash gets reported enough from many different users it can also help prioritize fixing certain bugs.
