How can I shift an image with vision info?

Solved!
Go to solution

Hello

I am trying to shift an image which has been saved as .png with vision infos. This image I would like to shift by x/y pixels. If I do so I get a

blank image back, even I copied all the image infos in advance.

If I am using any other image without vision infos it works without problem so far. Does anybody knows how I can solve this problem?

Thanks in advance

I'm having trouble reproducing the issue.  Can you also post the images you are testing with?

The IMAQ Shift function does not read any of the header information and is ignoring your reticule.  You can add the header information to the image by using the IMAQ Merge Overlay function as shown in my attached image and the IMAQ Shift function will actually see this data.
