How do I monitor an executable using web publishing tool? Is it even feasible?

I am successfully able to monitor a VI running, but what about an executable? If it's not possible, is there any other option? I would like to monitor an executable.

I know I can use Windows remote desktop connection, anydesk application, but I don't want to use them. If web publishing tool is not an option, what would a great option?

How do I remotely view my executable page on a different computer while it's running? That's what I mean. I'm sorry for confusing you.
