First of all, it is not good etiquette to hijack someone else's thread to ask a completely unrelated question. You should have started a new thread with your question.

BMP's are banned because they are oversized files.  Even a single screenshot eats up a couple megabytes.  That eats up NI's server space unnecessarily as the number of messages is approaching a million.  It also causes slow download times for anyone on a slow internet connection.  (While not as common as it used to be, there are still some people using dialup.)

Images should be either jpegs, or PNG's.  PNG files are great for screenshots as they do a very good job at compression on LV block diagram images without causing any artifacts in the compression the way JPG does (like fuzzy lines.)

Changing a file extension from from .bmp to .jpg is not professional because you are actively and blatantly doing something to get around a ban that is there for a good reason.

I reworked it a bit. Try this and see if it helps.

I believe that it is not going to do what you think. I also added a automatic sinewave generator to it so that you do not need the text file.

The sequence structure is not necessary and why are you clearing the task immediately after you start it?

Aside from loading the waveform from a file, what you want to do is similar to the example called Cont Gen Voltage Wfm-Int Clk. Take a look at that.
