Hello,

In order to use a .Net DLL you must use a .Net Constructor Node instead of a Call Library Function Node.  More detailed information can be found in the LabVIEW 8.2 Help File as well as a community example to give you a push in the right direction.  These should definitely help you get started with interfacing with your device.
