How to Connect Ethercat Chassis Directly to PC

Hlo, I am Struggling in connecting the EtherCat chassis directly to PC. 
I am even unable to detect the Chassis in NI MAX.
I have installed the NI Industrial Communication For EtherCat 23, NI RIO 23, CRIO 23 for more details I am adding a SC of Software installed.

If any module is still missing, then Please Share the link to download that Particular module.

I guess you are referring to the NI EtherCAT Slave Chassis NI-9144/45.

You need to connect them to an ECAT Master. NI-ECAT driver does not support configuring a Windows PC to be an ECAT master. If you want to use the free NI-ECAT driver, you can either:

1. Use a supported NI controller, then Setting Up EtherCAT on NI Programmable Controllers
2. Convert your desktop to Pharlap ETS RTOS and use NI PCI Ethernet Modules. See Configure NI Ethernet Interface Device as an EtherCAT Master

If you want to configure your Windows PC as an ECAT master, you can purchase this third-party EtherCAT Library for LabVIEW
