First of all, this is not an icon, but a node. An invoke node to be more precise.

That being said, DEPRECATED mean that this function is going to be obsolete somewhere in the future. Therefore, it is NOT recommended to continue to use that method in the invoke node.

 

I'm sorry that i cannot guide you to the function you should use instead as currently i don't have access to LV.

In Labview 2012, here is how to make that node.  But as Norbert said, deprecated means that the function is going away at some point.  There is likely an equivalent method in this same menu that you'll want to use in place of Set Cell Value.

Actually, I'm beginning to doubt that it is deprecated, unless you are using a later version (which I can't verify).  See these links:
