Are you in the process of manually updating your Linux system, including the kernel?
If so, how did you go about updating the kernel?
I suspect you might have changed something that NI would prefer you not... or at least, you didn't use the intended process.
There are some instructions in your image as to possible further steps, but perhaps it's better to assess why you're updating in this way if that is the case (and if it's necessary).
If not, you might find it easier to simply reinstall from a recovery setup.

the problem occurs when i want to open a vi and when i was looking for the error message it came up that you should update it like this

because when i want to open the vi it says what i it is displayed on the following screenshot
