Hello Friends
Just exploring to can i make communication with ASI module.
we have ASI module which works on CAN communication.
some modules are input and some are outputs.
it is just two wire communication.
i have attached picture, please see.

Your assumption that it is "just" a CAN interface seems not entirely true.
According to this there is no reason to assume that ASi is directly CAN compatible since the actual signal transmission is based on a digital signal imposed on top of a 24V supply voltage which can be used to power modules directly if they have limited power consumption.
CAN on the other hand is a 5V (sometimes 3.3V) differential logic signal without any integrated power supply capability. you will most likely need some form of ASi gateway that works as ASi master and can be controlled through some other means such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet or similar.
Bihl+Wiedmann for instance offers PC plugin cards but I'm afraid that is quite an old hardware and they only support ASi-3 and not the newer ASi-5. It may even be questionable if they have Windows 64-bit drivers for them. In the support section they have very old (LabVIEW 6.0, released at 26 July 2000) examples to access these cards.
They (and others in the ASi universum) also offer gateways that support ASi interfaces and on the other side provide one of:
