How to create a increase until loop?

The raise voltage subvi is to turn on FP-DO-403 momentarily which in turn raise the voltage. The while loop in increase loop is intent to raise the voltage until the voltage reading from FP-AI-110 is equal or greater than the set voltage. My present vi is not doing what I want it to. Anybody has any ideas. Thank you

Set the Incremental Step Size
Run the VI

"The VI Stops when it reaches the Set Voltage."
