To be honest, writing an interface to a modern o-scope is NOT a trivial task and it doesn't sound like you know much about LabVIEW programming.  No offense. 😉

Have you considered just buying TekScope???   TekScope PC Analysis Software | Tektronix

It's only $221 and has a free trial to see if it meets your needs.  EDIT: Definitely do a free trial if you're interested.  Just to make sure it's compatible with your model.
