You didn't unzip the archive containing the stuff you need. With Windows a "compressed folder" is really just a zip archive and LV can't see inside zip archives - which come to think of it would be a really neat addition...

A question about the compatibility between the old Exaprom PDF and the newer Exaprom PDF 1.0. So far I had an application in LV8.5 using the older Exaprom PDF, but for the new version of this application in LV2011 I wanted to use the new Exaprom PDF 1.0 which is for LV8.6 and higher. When replacing the Exaprom with the new one, the Exaprom vis have to be relinked and somevis and type defs are not found. Is there any help or documentation for this switch of Exaprom version or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any help!

Yes, If you switch to Exaprom 1.0, some VIs and typedef will be missing.

Unfortunately, there is no such documentation for this, and I don't have those two versions on my computer (I work with a newer version).

Bonjour Jean-Marc, you say you work with a newer version of Exaprom. Is it a public version or your personal? The Exaprom 1.0 is the newest I could find. Do I understand right, are you the developer of it? I really like the tool!

Yes, I work with a newer version, but this version is less “users friendly," and not compatible with the other versions (too many modifications).   This version includes Unicode text (left to right writing), more sophisticated tables (horizontal merging, but not the vertical merging), TOC, etc.  I implemented Unicode text everywhere (footer, header, table, TOC, etc.,), but I didn’t have time for extensive testing. Furthermore, I don’t have the time to upgrade the documentation.

In short, I intended to make this version public but without testing and proper documentation (in english this time), the tool will be probably a nightmare for other user than me...
