I need to interface the dc motor with the labview and observe the RPM of the motor from 0 until it max speed that will be later to be used in matlab.. may i know the suitable DAQ card to be used..it is possible to read the value of min until max rpm of motor on the graph?and also can each value of the graph be export into excel?
thank you.

How do you expect help, if you even forget to specify the maker and the model of the motor? There are many different electromotor models exist, with different encoder interface options. First you need to check the manual/spec sheet of your motor for interface type, so you can figure out what kind of NI hardware you could use...

sorry..im using DC Geared Motor SPG30-60 from cytron..between NI 9401 and NI 9201 which more suitable to used for collecting data by using this type of motor..thanks

NI 9401 is more suitable, and also cheaper. The NI 9201 is an analogue voltage input module, its max sampling rate might be not enough, also more trouble to work with analogue signals in this case (however I have zero experience with motor encoders, so i am just guessing in this one).
Here is a white paper to read, they just actually use the NI 9401 as an example:
