How to load Programs in IC's Chip

Hello to everyone

                 I am Jai . I am working software Developer in LabVIEW. I want to know some details its possible in LabVIEW or not.I want to write the code in LabVIEW and Dump the code into the PIC Controllers. I need the details about the Hardware and Supporting Softwares also. If you know any documents related to this. Please can you upload the documents or send the related link.

This question has been asked before MANY times. Did you try a search? You can either buy the LabVIEW microprocessor development kit (or whatever they're calling it today), or call the appropriate software that downloads the code to your pic. It's most likely an executable, and if so you can simply run it using System Exec.
