How to remove DC offset (trend) from an array?

Dear all,

How to remove DC offset(trend) from an array? I searched the forum, but still not very clear. Someone suggests using detrend.vi, but I don't know where this vi is.

Anyone has examples of Labview 7.1 or lower?

Thank you very much!

Hi,
what about "linear fit.vi"? you could calculate the linear fit curve of your signal and then subtract the result from the signal itsself...

From the block diagram, try All functions, Analyze, Signal processing, Time domain, AC & DC Estimator. This vi will give you the DC estimate. Subtract this value from the original array.
