How to save two data from two subdiagram into one file?

Hi,

I couldn't load your attached vi because some vi's were missing. But what i understand from your messages is that you want to select the path every time you hit the scan button . I have attached a VI which you can take a look. May be it will help you.

I have a related question, but slightly different. What if i want to save two signals in the same file in two different columns but, one of them in scientific format like "%3e" and the other one as a floating number "%2f"?

I am using the "write to spreadsheet file.vi", but if i change the format, it will affect both columns...

The vi is in attachment.
