How to stream a video in labview?

I am now working on Labview Flex RIO. Basicaly the task is to read one video file, do wireless transmission, finally the video is played in the receiver. 

The wireless transmission part is done. Right now the bits transmission is all right. My question is how to add the video part? Is there any vi can read and do video coding. Any vi can do video decoding and playing?

I am new to the labview, and my boss needs it for a fancy demo!

What type of data are you recieving for the Video? Can you save the video file to a local hard drive? If yes then you can use ActiveX plugin of any Video player and play it in LabVIEW.
