How to update the payload of CAN frame during transmission?

I already has that event case. But I can not update it to the original frame.

Do you want to transmit a frame consisting of rolling counter or checksum? See this. 

You can use XNET Create Session.vi to convert signals interface to frame session, and then use XNET Convert.vi turn them back to a frame after changing your signal values. Finally you can transmit your signals in frame pattern.
