I have done all that is needed and accept the following message 

NI_Vision_Acquisition_Software.lvlib:IMAQdx Get Image2.vi loaded with errors on the target and was closed.
LabVIEW: (Hex 0x627) The function name for the niimaqdx.dll:LV_IMAQdxGetImage2:C node cannot be found in the library. To correct this error, right-click the Call Library Function Node and select Configure from the shortcut menu. Then choose the correct function name

What camera have you connected and how? Are you sure that the IMAQdx driver is deployed to the myRIO???

Have you followed all the steps as for instance depicted here? The Vision Deployment Software is not installed on your host by default and needs to be specifically selected during installation by going into the custom installation section.
