I can't use bookmarks in detailed help

I need to connect the help of my sub-vis with some bookmarks in a html document. I'm using firefox 11.0 and following the explanation in the help of documentation tab in the vi options doesn't bring me to any result. Do you know some problems similar to these?

what is the LabVIEW version you are using? I found this KB that could halp you in solving your problem.

Labview 2011 Sp1. I've purchased Labview this year
