I have a question about image filters

If you don't speak English, use Google Translate. Thank you for your understanding.

I made a small device and scanned the product, and it is expressed in the image to see if shaking occurs in a specific part.

Is there a way to use an image filter to erase an existing image without distorting it??

Thanks a lot for your advice. 😄

You have to explain that a bit more.

"Erase an existing image without distorting it" just isn't clear enough to give sensible advice.

I want to erase only the red part of the attached image.

If you use the 1st step of the N-order filter, it will be erased, but it will be artificially changed to other parts and become an unusable image.

Is there any other way?
