So I found this example of a 2 channel oscilloscope on the ni website, but I can't get the triggering to work, I'm using a USB 6009. I would like to use a function generator's ttl function as a trigger, but whenever I switch to a trigger mode the program stops acquiring data. Also, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the sampling rate would be for this device and program.
if the attachment won't work he is the link to the site I got it from.

Hello Outernet,
What pin are you wiring your Trigger signal to; this will need to be PFI0. Also in the code there is a portion that asks for the Digital Trigger Source, this needs to be set to point to the PFI0 line of your device. Have you tried running the USB-6009 with some of our example code? Here is a link to an example that should allow you to acquire some analog data using the external TTL trigger. I hope this helps!

Thanks, I have the wires connected correctly and I have selected the correct port for the trigger in the code, but am still having troubles. I am making my own triggering code so I won't need to use this oscilloscope code anymore except for reference. Thanks again

Hey Outernet,
I apologize for not including the link in my last post:

Make sure this is working with your USB-6009.
