IMAQdx not being installed properly

hi all, when i try to install IMAQdx on my pc,i get the following messages. "Error 133. The cabinet file "niimaq.cab" required for this installation is corrupt.This could indicate network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package." When I ignore this, here comes the next which says "The NI IMAQ 4.4 installation has failed with following error.Internal error 2350.Continue?" Please help me in this regard. many thanks.

Not sure what the problem is, what other NI software do you have on that computer?
