Not knowing Raven's fan intent...

All capital is commonly understood as ...

1) Yelling

2) You are posting from a ASR-33 teletype that did not have lower case letter.

Sorry to annoy,

I just use capital as a headline by default. I have attached the VI  properly this time,which has helped a lot to understand what is going on. My  plan is to formulate a state machine within the sub VI. If anyone can assist in a basic sketch that I could follow would be great.
