IP CAMERA PROBLEM, WEB SERVICES

hello, I have the following problem, I have an IP camera that has the ability to move its axis, and desire to implement a VI. to monitor these movements.
the manufacturer gives me an API, but I have not been implemented in Labview,only been able to implement with the browser as follows:

for example with this command moves the camera to the right

with this command I get the image from the camera on. jpg   , how could implement this in Labview, I have the web service module as I have information that is made with this
