If I buy LabVIEW now, do I get a free upgrade in August?

Simple question.

If I buy LabVIEW now (v2015 SP1), it includes 1-year of the SSP. Does that mean when LV 2016 comes out in august, I'll be able to upgrade for free?

Yes. In fact, I believe you will also get LV 2016 SP1.

Yes. If you buy 1 year of SSP today, you will receive all upgrades that get released between now and this date next year.
