Interfacing with an Agilent 90000 scope

I am having difficulties configuring a scope to collect waveform data from an Agilent - infinium - DSO9104A Scope. I downloaded the appropriate drivers from NI. I connected to the scope using NImax and can collect waveform data on Channel 1. However when I try to configure the scope a few odd things happen:

  • Regardless of what channel I specify in the code - the project always collects data from Channel 1.
  • When I configure channel characteristics (such as vertical scale) the output data is incorrect (if I set the scale to 5V/div and the actual waveform should be a 12Vpp waveform, the output on the vi is ~500 mv)

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to correct these issues?

Did you download the driver from the link you posted?

Here is a different one made more specifically for your model of oscilloscope:

Keysight Technologies / Agilent Technologies DSO9104A Infiniium Oscilloscope

Worth a shot. There could be something about this oscilloscope's configuration that the other driver is not performing correctly.
