Issue in creating Installer in Labview

Dear Sir/Madam, Iam using a LABVIEW Version 13.0.1 (32 bit). Iam having a issue in creating INSTALLER file. When ever iam trying to create the installer, it's showing the error as "some installers you selected to build are not available on this computer". Please find the attached screenshots which is showing error. Is their any need of adding any new patches or what??? Kindly suggest the solution. Thank You..

It's trying to add drivers that your code needs to run, but it can't find the installers.

Do you know what HDPM stands for?  I've never heard of it before, but it seems to be the source you need for additional installers.  Do you have a DVD or a USB drive that goes by that name?

When LabVIEW asks for additional installers, it means it is looking for install files that are not cached on the hard drive either from the original installation or a previous attempt to build an installer.

I'm concerned about your attempt to install LabVIEW 13SP1 runtime and NI-VISA 17.5.  According to https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/documentation/compatibility/16/ni-visa-and-labview-version-compatib... you need at least LV 14 to work with VISA 17.5, or no higher than VISA 16.0 to work with LV 13.1.

Hello, Thank You for your reply.. Even iam not aware of HDPM as iam new to LV. I have not connected any USB and DVD and they don't resemble that name. According to you, i have to upgrade my LV to 14 version or i have to use VISA 16.O right??? Does it solve my issue??? Or how can i install the additional installer files?? Thank You...

Yes.  Do one of those two things.

Did you install LabVIEW on this PC yourself?  Or did someone else do it?  If someone else, maybe they know what HDPM means.
