Where did you put the driver?  It has to go in the instr.lib folder of whatever version of LabVIEW you are using.

Yes, i put it under the folder here, I can see simples for NI PXI, but for the 34461A, still lack of some dependancy.

There's definitely an issue with the path.  You have an extra folder, "instr" that most drivers aren't going to like.  It should be in this folder: "C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2020\instr.lib" (or "C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2020\instr.lib" if LabVIEW 64bit).

 

I'm actually surprised the other ones work.
