Why would you take a screenshot of a text file instead of just attaching it?

You're running an executable so unfortunately it won't give you the option to send that report in.  Did it only include that text file?  I can't remember if it creates a minidump alongside that text file or not.

well because I didnt had any other option as the PC is at a remote location and i am accessing it remotely. also because I was jsut lazy to copy it in my pc.

I will check the minidump stuff tomorrow as i cannot access the PC anymore.

Let's cross our fingers for the minidump.  If you have that, you can reach out to NI support and see what is being called there to see if there's more you can get from that
