LV2022Q3 core dumps on mgcore_SH_22_3.dll

LabVIEW 2022Q3 keeps dumping core and disappearing while I'm simply editing VIs, seems to happen mostly when I open a new VI or CTL.

EventViewer shows an access violation:

I don't think it is a bug with LabVIEW.  I think it might be an installation that became corrupt.  I would try repairing LabVIEW.
