LabVIEW AppleSilicon Vertically Flipped when hovering over the Maximize button

I'm on an M3 with Sonoma 14.3.1 (23D60). Whenever I hover over a VI's Maximize button(green) the Front Panel gets flipped vertically and never reverts back. This happens in the project also and pretty much any window in labview and the apps that I build with the latest labview for macos(23.3.1f1).
Any ideas on how to prevent this from happening?
