CAR# 571809: Selecting a Polymorphic VI Selector Instead of the Whole Polymorphic Function Allows Users to Add a Label to the Selector submitted. While perhaps not an intended feature it does let you easily document the selector if you move if away from the function (you cannot attach labels to the selector), these comments can even be seen in the bookmark manager.
Unfortunately, you cannot use this technique to add a label to decorations such as the Flat Frame.
