LabVIEW Error 363507 even with Verify Server in ConfigSSL disabled

When trying to use the HTTP Client Put VI I get Error 363507 even when I disable the Verify Server in the ConfigSSL VI.  I am trying to connect and log into a device with it's own server and a self signed certificate.  The documentation says that setting verify server to false will allow it to accept self signed certificates.

I know next to nothing about certificates, but I would assume that since the device has it's own self signed certificate, it should work.  For a brief period, it seemed to work and I would get an Unauthorized response.  Suddenly it stopped working and I started getting the LV error.

I will be connecting to many different devices with different IPs, so I'm not sure if even getting one certificate will work.  I've seen this issue posted on different threads with no resolution.  Any help or insight is appreciated.  The code I have to test it is below.
