i am receiving LabVIEW: (Hex 0x3C) The specified port or network address is currently in use. Select an available port or network address. how can i solve this  currently i am using LabVIEW through remote so kindly provide image or steps to solves this .

the image consist of execution through host port in "cmd" but most of the time showing this error "could not open session " .

I don't think anyone can give you any guides on how to fix your program, as you have not shown any code or any error code from LabVIEW. 

I have no idea about what this commandline program your are calling is or what it does. 

I seems to be a Texas Instruments thing, maybe ask them about it ?
