LabVIEW Real-time 12 install to NI1764 target

Hello!

I have an problem installing LabVIEW Real-Time 12.0 to the NI1764 Smart Camera. When I wanted to update the module in MAX it notifies that I do not have v 12 installed. This however is not he case. LabVIEW RT 12.0.0 is installed and activated (see the screenshot).

I tried to completely uninstall all the software from the camera and reinstall but then the LabVIEW Real-Time software option is missing.

How can I solve the problem?

Hi Juurma,

It may be related to the fact that we are running the latest IMAQ Drivers (4.7) as these do not support the 1764 Smart Camera (see this link under the Remote Target Support section).

Also, it may be worth flashing the camera by starting the camera in safe mode (using the Dip switch) and reinstalling all the software (see page 6-5 of the manual linked here).
