Did you mean:

LabVIEW application font defaulting to 20 instead of 15

I have both LabVIEW 2013 32-bit and 64-bit installed and LabVIEW 6.1 installed.

For unknown reason the 32-bit version is starting up default Application font of 20 bit.

Everything about it is "smaller".

I am attaching a PNG file below showing what I mean.

The left is the start-up screen for the 32-bit version, The right is the start-up screen for the 64-bit version.

I want to get the 32-bit version back to what it was yesterday.

I did. The only entry I see for fonts is FPFont="0" 20 which I changed to FPFont="0" 15.

It isn't just the fonts.

All of the panels, etc. is scaled smaller as you can see in the PNG file.

So it seems that the font is being increased to 20 from 15 to compensate.

I would try replacing your LabVIEW.ini file that is for your 32-bit LabVIEW with the one from the 64-bit.  Make a backup first.  That will tell us if there is a problem with your ini file.

I probably should have done that first, since it would have been less drastic.

Instead I re-installed LabVIEW 2013 32-bit. I deleted the .ini file and the .conf files, just to be certain to start fresh.

This worked. Yay!  I am going to make a backup of the Labview.ini file.

If you delete the LabVIEW.INI, LabVIEW will make a new default one on start up.
