Ok, it needs some modification before uploading it here.
Note, that I uses MySQL (SQL server is not installed on my PC).
At least the connection string has to be changed.
I also added the create statements (see SQL JSON test.sql)
The sql syntax might be different for the MS SQL server.
I'm wondering that my insert statement works without escaping some of the json characters.
