LabVIEW license Upgrade

In Our company we are using LabVIEW 2016 Version perpetual license in Windows 7 PC,which is very slow.I want to get confirmation on these points

• The possibility of using the same license if we move to the latest OS version with a new CPU?

• Potential upgrade from LabVIEW 2016 to the latest version of LabVIEW with license upgrade?

The possibility of using the same license if we move to the latest OS version with a new CPU?

Key in the LabVIEW Serial Number in Activation Code Generation and check the latest version available in the Product Version drop-down. The earliest supported version is LabVIEW 2015 SP1 in Win10 and 2022 Q3 in Win11. 

Potential upgrade from LabVIEW 2016 to the latest version of LabVIEW with license upgrade?
