Bob had a bunch of questions for you too. The only one you've answered so far is "2014." If installing 2014 was a problem as you're experiencing, it'd be reported all over the place. Let's focus on exactly what you're seeing so we can help you find the step that went wrong. If you'd like to attach more than what we ask, go for it. But, we're asking the questions we are for specific reasons. Without that information, we're useless to you. Also, don't attach screenshots of text files that you could attach. It'd even require fewer steps to do so.
